Return and Refund Policy

All cookies are individually packaged with a light heat seal. Your choice of standard packaging or as favors. (Standard packaging is stronger, but not as clear, and may need scissors to open.  Favors are clear and have the option of twist-tied at top, or folded over and taped flat on back.  Additional ribbons, colors, and decorative bags available.)

Orders are double boxed and well padded.

I ship via USPS Priority Mail 1-4 day service. [Arrangements can be made for other shipping services, or possible local delivery/local pickups]
Due to USPS time allowance, I cannot guarantee receipt of package ON a specific date, but rather I strive for BEFORE an event date.  Most orders will ship out 1 week before the event date, with California orders being less.  Once your order is turned over to the postal service, I no longer have control over how long it takes to arrive to it's destination.
To avoid stolen or damaged packages due to weather, PLEASE TRY TO BE PRESENT during the estimated time of delivery by viewing your tracking number. Often USPS will leave packages on the doorstep. I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
